Pastor FOLAMI FAWEHINMI is a multi-disciplinary consultant, who has his niche in developing the heart ware of the people he comes across – he empowers, motivates, directs, propels and unlocks the latent potential in them towards achieving corporate, organizational and personal goals and heightened productivity.

He has been in active ministry since 1994 when he was ordained a Pastor in Chapel of Victory Int’l Churches, where he served for 24 years; rising to the position of the ministry’s Assistant General Overseer before before being called out by God in 2016 July to lead Fresh Hope Int’l ministry – a ministry he founded in 2008 for outreach to the destitute and the mentally – challenged.

Pastor Folami Fawehinmi is a down-to-earth, humble and very caring servant of God. His church members’ concerns are his primary concerns. He also has a unique and dynamic teaching grace.

He holds Bsc and Msc degrees in Economics from the University of Ibadan. He also has a professional certificate in micro finance banking (MCIB). He is a certified trainer in entrepreneurship, financial management system and business success principles. He has taught entrepreneurship and business start-up courses under the NDDC entrepreneurship programme round the Niger Delta states in conjunction with Domino International Company Limited.

He also taught in Rivers State Social Development Institute for the reformation of ex-militants for 3 years. As a Pastor, he was the lead counselor and mentor for the the reformation of the ex-militants.

He led workshops on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for RSSDA (Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency) and also wrote 120 MSME feasibility profiles out of the 500 profiles by RSSDA and edited the whole work. He did the same for SPDC LiveWire Programme – A Shell Petroleum Development Company development initiative. At the LiveWire program, he is a counselor and mentor to the beneficiaries of the LiveWire seed fund.

He is a regular guest speaker at Premium Pension Limited’s retiree fora round the country in birthing entrepreneurial vision in the minds of retirees and inculcating in them strong financial management discipline.

He led a team of consultants to Abia State for the World Bank/Federal Ministry of Finance Community Project Evaluation tagged CPRP – using the Participatory Approach methodology (specifically the Participatory Rural Approach tool). He taught Business Principles and Cash flow analysis at the London Open College Network. He facilitated various courses in budgeting and strategic management for FATE FOUNDATION.

He is well – versed in coaching and stimulating young minds to take on entrepreneurship as a first option instead of waiting endlessly for the elusive white collar jobs. He is very passionate about this. This passion has taken him to churches, institutions, schools and corporate organizations as regular guest speaker. It is this passion that gave birth to THE NIGERIA PROJECT:MENTAL LIBERATION CAMPAIGN that he convenes round the nation. He is the pioneer and founder of TNP-MLC School of Business Studies Ltd, based in Port Harcourt.

He is the MD/CEO of ANDREZ CONSULTING LIMITED – a thriving human resources/management consultancy company in Port Harourt. Amongst their numerous clients are the following: United Bank for Africa Plc, Skye Bank Plc, Premium Pension Limited, IEI Anchor Pensions, LG electronics, Shell Petroleum Development Company ( LiveWire Programme), London Open College Network, Rivers state Social Rehabilitation Committee, Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency, Niger Delta Development Commission.

He had 17 years cumulative experience in the banking industry – where he first rose to a Senior Manager position in the erstwhile Universal Trust Bank Plc and later the MD/CEO of a micro finance bank before resigning fully into consultancy practice. He has attended several leadership and management courses; including the coveted Covey Leadership seminar on the habits of highly effective people.
